For large groups of 50+ to 5000 pack’s we need as much notice as possible, this enables us to make sure we have delivery slot available and we have the correct fresh ingredients on site in order to make your packed lunches for your event. There may be an additional cost to cover delivery if we are not scheduled to be in your area when you need the foods delivered in our chilled fleet of HACCP compliant vans. To be honest it depends on the event and where they have to be delivered to, for collections we can do as little as 10 packs. If you have an account with us, payment can be made in line with your organisations agreed terms. If you have not worked with us before payment is required via bank transfer before the event. We need as much notice as possible, there are keys dates in the year and while the production the packed lunches or packed breakfast is not the issue, Delivery depends on what other bookings have already been made and these are allocated on a first come first served basis.
